Plain IT uses the ICT~Office conditions. Plain IT has supplementary Generic Conditions. For all services offered by Plain IT (webdevelopment, website maintenance, hosting, domain registrations, e-mail, and other internet related activities amongst others) the following modules of the ICT~Office Conditions apply:
Module Generic
Module 1: Licencing for software
Module 2: Development of software
Module 3: Maintenance of software
Module 5: Development and maintenance of a website
Module 6: Hosting
When clauses within the ICT~Office Conditions and the supplementary Generic Conditions of Plain IT conflict the conditions of Plain IT have preference.
